   Under normal circumstances, after hot rolling, the wear-resistant plate can eliminate some fine defects in the structure and refine the grain of the steel. Make the steel structure more compact and improve its overall performance, so that the steel is no longer isotropic to a certain extent.

   In addition, some defects such as bubbles, cracks and looseness formed during the casting of the wear plate can also be eliminated under high temperature or high pressure to restore its excellent quality. But we must pay attention to the cooling of the wear plate, if the cooling is not uniform, it will cause residual stress.

   Residual stress is the internal self-balanced stress without external force. Many hot-rolled wear-resistant plates will encounter this situation. Generally, the larger the steel section size, the greater the residual stress. Under normal circumstances, the residual stress can maintain its balance with each other, but in many cases the wear plate needs to be processed under the action of external force, this time will break the balance, and have a negative impact on the operation of deformation, stability, fatigue and other aspects.

In addition to the hot rolling of wear-resistant plates, the characteristics of thermal expansion and contraction should also be considered. Especially when the weld is processed, the strain induced by local shrinkage can reach several times the yield point. This stress ratio The load caused is much greater. In addition, under huge pressure, the non-metallic inclusions inside the wear plate will be pressed into thin sheets, which will cause delamination.
