WEARTUF 400
Feature
WearTuf 400 It is a hardened or quenched + tempered full martensitic wear-resistant steel plate, with a typical Brinell hardness of 400 HBW. WearTuf 400 wear-resistant steel plate has a wide range of uses, and at the same time has good wear resistance, weldability and cold forming properties. High impact toughness gives the steel plate good crack resistance during manufacturing and use.
Application
WearTuf 400 can be widely used in traditional soil transportation, mining and transportation equipment, such as buckets, dump trucks, dump trucks, crushers, hammers, conveyors and other mining transportation equipment. WearTuf 400 is available for thin and wide size steel plates, so it can meet the requirements of customers for lightweight design and application.
Size
WearTuf 400 Available thickness range is 4.0-50.0 mm. Depending on the thickness of the steel plate, the width can reach 3100 mm and the length can reach 18000 mm.
Hardness guarantee value
Surface hardness: 370-430 HBW
According to the standard EN ISO 6506-1, the surface Brinell hardness test is carried out after the surface of the steel plate is milled to a depth of 0.5-2.0 mm.
Minimum center hardness:
Steel plate thickness ≤20 mm: the minimum guaranteed value of surface hardness, 370 HBW
Steel plate thickness> 20 mm: 95% of the minimum guaranteed value of surface hardness (*)

Rasonic Testing
All plates delivered meets the Class El, Sl requirement, according to EN 10160.
Delivery Condition
WearTuf 400 is delivered in the as quenched (Q) condition, and when found necessary in the condition of quenched and tempered (QT).The plates are delivered with shea ed or thermally cut edges.
Tolerances
The thickness tolerances of Wea Tuf 400 meetsand exceeds the thickness tolerance of EN 10029 Class A (忡) Tole ances on shape, length and width meets the requirements of EN 10029. Flatness tolerances conforms to EN 10029 Class S or closer. For more information, consult the Leong Jin catalogue: General Product Information.
Surface Condition and Properties
The delivered surface finish meets and exceedsthat of EN10163-2 Class A, Subclass 3.The plates will be delivered as painted, using a low zinc silicate corrosion protective shop pri ner Plates can also be delive ed as unpainted.
Heat Treatment
Since the properties in the as delivery condition cannot be retained after exposure at servicete 1peratures above 250 ,认/earTuf 400 is not intended for f urther heat treatment.
